Regular hot tub maintenance is key for maintaining both optimal performance and the longevity of your spa. It includes daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance tasks, as well as keeping a close look out for larger potential problems. Here's a list of hot tub maintenance services we offer to get the most from your spa.

Full Annual Service - £249

1. Bio Film Pipe Clean
Flush out the whole system with the industries established pipe cleaner Swirl Away, this is a very strong biodegradable formula that gets deep into your hot tub systems.

2. Filter Check
Remove filter(s) and perform visual check of filter condition advise customer if these need changing.

3. Plumbing system Check
Check plumbing including pipe and heater unions and isolation valve connections for integrity and identify where possible any leaks present.

4. O-ring and Gaskets 
Check all worn or defective joint O-rings or gaskets.

5. Jet Fittings
Check jet body to hot tub shell joints for integrity where possible any leaks present.

6. Pump Check
Run all pumps to ensure satisfactory operation.

7. Top Side Check
Check operation of system diverter valves, if fitted, and air control operation.

8. Ozone System
Check ozone system and jet, advise if chip needs changing.

9. Jet Functions
Check all jets for satisfactory operation – ensure they turn on and off, if applicable.and free up any stuck ones if possible.

10. Air System
Operate air blower, if fitted, and check satisfactory operation. Visually check that all the air injectors are allowing air through.

11. Wire Loom
Check visually all equipment interconnecting wiring for integrity and insulation.

12. Panel Check
Check the control system and topside controls for operation of each function : 
A). Jet Booster pump(s) B). Circulation Pump (if fitted). C). Blower (if fitted) 
D). Filter Cycle setting (if available). E). Heating capability. F). Mode system.

13. Spa Clean 
Deep clean and sanitise the hot tub plumbing and pipe work system including pump wet end and heater tube.

14. Aqua Drain
Fully Drain all the water from the hot tub and system.

15. Aqua Rinse 
Rinse hot tub thoroughly, drain and vacuum out majority of excess water from pipe work and jet bodies.

16. Polish and regenerate surface
Wipe clean Hot Tub shell surface cleaning off any old scale and residue.

17. Refill Hot Tub
Refill with clean water to the required operating level.

18. Filter Fit
Fit new or cleaned filters into the hot tub skim filter. (Filters used will be customers own pre-cleaned or new – only if purchased).

19. Water Balance
Add pH+ or pH- to begin the correction of the pH level to attain a level of 7.2 to 7.4.

20. Sanitise Hot Tub
Add Sanitiser to achieve a level of 2-4ppm (mg/l) Chlorine or 3-5ppm (mg/l) Bromine.

21. Water Analysis and recommendations 
Re check the water and tell the customer our recommendations to keep their Hot Tub in top condition.

22. Efficiency Tuition
Check customer is using the functions available on their Hot Tub to full potential and not wasting money.

23. Cover
Refit cover wipe down and check for heat loss and advise if a new one is needed.
